Booking Cancellation Policy

Unpredictable weather, environmental changes, and political or social events can lead to adjustments in flight routes. In extreme cases, where circumstances are uncontrollable, the cancellation of confirmed bookings may be the only option. We strive to minimize such disruptions, but some situations are simply unavoidable.

Should changes or cancellations arise, we may have to implement an “Important Change.” This change occurs before your departure and is based on the information given during booking. Such changes may influence your confirmed travel details.

There are times when important changes or cancellations must be made. We ensure to notify our clients as soon as possible. To make things easier, we offer alternative routes or dates that fall within the same budget and standard, contingent on airline confirmation.

Should time allow prior to departure, passengers will be presented with a range of options to select from:

  • You have the option to purchase an alternative trip of the same standard in place of your original booking. This new trip will be treated as a fresh purchase. We will assist you in seeking compensation or a refund for your existing booking.
  • If you are not satisfied with the alternative option provided to you, you are free to select any other available choices based on your circumstances.
  • If the airline permits, we will make every effort to ensure you receive a full refund for all amounts paid in the event of a flight cancellation by the airline.

It is important for passengers to note that the changes described above are applicable only to adult travelers.

If the airline alters or cancels flights due to factors beyond our control, compensation or refunds cannot be issued. Therefore, the above conditions do not apply in these situations.

Understanding your needs is our priority. We can liaise with the airline on your behalf to explore the possibility of reimbursement. While we can request reimbursement, we cannot make any promises regarding refunds or compensation, as the final decision is in the airline’s hands.

If any changes or cancellations are necessary due to your failure to adhere to booking requirements, including late payments, we will not be able to offer any assistance.

Important Additional Information:

Unless specifically mentioned, booking vacation packages and airline tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested by phone.
After you send your cancellation request to our customer care team, an email notification will be sent to confirm receipt. This email is simply an acknowledgment and does not imply refund eligibility.
To generate a waiver, we need to work in compliance with fare rules alongside the airline or other related suppliers.
Refunds are processed based on the fare rules, and if cancellation is permitted, the refund may take 4-6 business weeks to be paid.
