The policies for cancellations and alterations vary according to the type of service or trip purchased. If your departure is not imminent, we’ll provide additional options for your convenience.

  • In addition, if fraudulent activity is detected or if you fail to adhere to our policies or booking conditions, we will not entertain any refund or compensation requests. Your flight may be canceled without prior notice, and no refund will be provided.

Travel-Related Cancellations and Alterations Should we need to cancel your flight after departure and before the completion of your trip due to “force majeure,” we regret that we cannot guarantee a refund unless we receive one from our suppliers. Important: All air tickets and vacation packages are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the following conditions are met.

  • If the regulations permit refunds.
  • Your refund will be processed only after we have received the refund from our suppliers.

We will first review your request in accordance with the airline’s fare rules. If a refund is permitted by the airline, we will proceed with your request, and the refund will be issued. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to be processed and credited.

  • These adjustments may include changes to your accommodation, travel times, and destinations. We will modify these aspects to make your trip more convenient and will organize everything accordingly to meet your needs.
  • Modifications to the flight date and time are subject to availability and will incur a change fee per person, along with any price difference between the original fare and the lowest price available for the new flight.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all airline ticket bookings are non-refundable. Alterations, transfers, or cancellations related to airfare or dynamic packages (flight + hotel) that impact the booked flight(s) will be subject to charges, which may include the full ticket price along with any applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
  • Late confirmations may lead to additional charges. In addition, it is necessary to return the confirmation document to proceed with canceling the original reservation.
  • If you cancel or alter your booking, you may incur additional costs, which will be billed to you or deducted from any refund you are eligible for.
